Jaclyn is the Client Experience Manager at Realkit, where she oversees the full client journey from scheduling through final media delivery. In her day-to-day role, she ensures client needs are handled with care and precision, managing scheduling coordination, media editing inquiries, and quality control across photo and video deliverables.

She plays a key role in maintaining Realkit’s high quality standards while making sure every client interaction reflects the professionalism and creativity the company is known for.
