In her day-to-day role, she ensures client needs are handled with care and precision, managing scheduling coordination, media editing inquiries, and quality control across photo and video deliverables.
What Jaclyn enjoys most about her work is going above and beyond for clients to ensure they feel genuinely supported, not just satisfied. She plays a key role in maintaining Realkit’s high quality standards while making sure every client interaction reflects the professionalism and creativity the company is known for. With experience across both the housing industry and artistic fields, she brings a unique perspective that bridges operational efficiency with an eye for detail and presentation.
